Deutsche Volkstanz Gruppe
The Toledo Turners have reunited to rekindle the once famed Turners Volkstanz group. After a successful year of dancing at the 50th GAF in 2017, we continued dancing at other events and have been constantly growing in talent and membership over the years. Our practices are at the Bavarian Sports Club located at 2102 Lagrange and alternatively Oak Shade Grove 3624 Seaman Road in Oregon Ohio every Wednesday night at 6:30-8pm where you will experience the feeling of the undefinable German word gemütlichkeit, a full cash bar with authentic German snacks are always available for purchase. So come and join us for lighthearted German folk dancing and more! We welcome anyone interested in learning about the Turners philosophy of sound mind, sound body to join us and to learn how to pronounce that crazy German word!
