American Turners Toledo Oktoberfest
Returning again for September 27th, 2025, is our famous Oktoberfest celebration. This fall festival is known for bringing the traditions of Germany to Toledo, with relaxed fun at Oak Shade Grove – 3624 Seaman Road, Oregon.
New performances this year include the Toledo Swiss männerchor – dammenchor (men’s and women’s choir), joining the returning kinder (children’s) group of the d’Holzhackerbuam Schuhplattlers. Of course, our Deutsche Volkstanz Group will feature multiple times throughout the day!

- 2:00 PM – Festival Opens with Free Admission and Free Parking – Car Show Opens
- 2:30 PM – Bavarian Sports Club (BSC) D’Holzhackerbuam Schuhplattlers Kinder (“children”) dance
- 3:00 PM – Opening Ceremonies
- 3:30 PM – Deutsche Volkstanz Group Opening Dance
- 4:00 PM – Toledo Swiss Singers
- 4:30 PM – Schluederball Throwing Competition
- 5:00 PM – Deutsche Volkstanz Group Dance

- 5:30 PM – Deutschmeister Band – dorfkappelle – a “village band” with a modern flair
